Never underestimate the power of a Goober sandwich. Lol , ok that sounds a lil nasty but in all seriousness, this has always been one of my favorite P & J mixes!
Salmon Cake ingredients
I absolutely love Salmon cakes! My grandmother used to cook them all the time when I was young. I started cooking my own a few years ago & tried a few variations of the recipe to perfect the salmon cake of my choice. Here is a basic Salmon Cake recipe below..
1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon, drained and flaked
2 eggs, beaten
1 small onion, diced
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/5 cup to a cup of bread crumbs
1.) Pick through the salmon and remove any bones. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add the diced onion, salmon and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
2.) Shape into 2 ounce patties; about 7 or 8 patties. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Fry each patty for 5 minutes on each side or until crispy and golden brown.
Again this is a simple basic recipe which can be altered according to taste.
Wings at Devines
Devinos in Durham NC is a local restaurant/bar downtown in the Brightleaf district. The atmosphere is made up of locals & area Duke fans on certain nights. They have an outdoor patio area for patrons as well.
I love trying wings pretty much anywhere I go. These weren't bad at all honesty. These were the spicy bbq flavored & the sauce was excellent.
M&M Choices @ M&M World Las Vegas
This was another shot i took inside of M&M world here in Vegas. They have an amazing variety of choices. If you're ever out in Vegas, id defintely say check it out. They also have a movie theater inside that shows a 10 or 15 min movie. Pretty cool place.

Chicken & Turkey for Dinner
These are before an after pics of dinner today. I cooked a chicken & a turkey breast tenderloin that was seasoned very well. I enjoy cooking just as much as photography so why not blend the two.
I'm also going to post this on the YGM Eats Project that I'm currently working on.
